The interview....

Well I think the interview went really well until....the interviewers asked what hours I was interested in working. I said days and every other weekend. I also said I would be more than willing to help fill in as needed. I answered this way b/c the ad in the paper for the job said the hours were days some weekends and an occasional night. Ya not the case they are looking for someone to work 5-11pm and EVERY weekend...um I don't think this is a a good match for my marriage. So on to the next opportunity. Guess we will see what else is out there for me.

My next step in the plan is to try another staffing agency. Actually it is the same staffing agency that helped me find my long term job with Automotive Professionals which I LOVED and wish I still had.

As they say when one door closes another opens...God willing he is ready to make another door open for me.

Employment needed.....

I have sent out so many resumes to so many places for so many different jobs and haven't gotten even one call. I keep telling myself it's the economy, so many people are out of work. However in the end it still feels like no one wants me. I'm a hard worker, very dedicated, loyal I just need someone to give me a chance.

Well today is the day I have been waiting for...finally a call for an interview!!!!! My interview is set for 9:30 a.m. tomorrow morning. So wish me luck and we will see what happens.

The Last Song and Miley Cyrus

Just some thoughts.......

I just finished watching The Last Song. The movie had a cute story with a tear jerker ending however I must say I DO NOT LIKE MILEY CYRUS!!!! No I don't mean as a person b/c I don't know her. I do NOT think she is a talented actor or singer. While I was watching the movie I was texting with a good friend who mentioned her neice (whom I know) is told all the time she looks like Miley. I'm sorry but that is NOT a compliment to me, personally I do NOT think Miley is pretty. My friends neice is at least a trillion times prettier than Miley and thankfully her voice doesn't make me want to drill a whole in my head when I hear her speak like Miley's does ...LOL Also I don't think she is a good role model for young girls. Miley is only 17 and dating a 21 yr old....I'm sorry but when she is a minor that is TOO BIG of an age gap.

Spook-Tacular Save-A-Pet Crop

Hi everyone...I know it's been a while since I blogged but I think sometimes it's just not the right time to start something....well I think now is the right time!!!!

On Oct. 23-24, 2010 I will be hosting the Spook-Tacular Save-A-Pet Crop
I have hosted 3 Save-A-Pet crops in the past , the Spring has Sprung Crop,
the Autumn Harvest Crop and the 2nd Annual Autumn Harvest Crop. These
crops were a HUGE success due to your dedication to your craft! My goals
for the Spook-tacular Save-A-Pet Crop are: to raise money for Save-A-Pet
(a no kill animal shelter), keep the event inexpensive, casual and of course to
have as much fun as the room can possibly hold.

Please contact me at Dolphins772306@yahoo.com if you would be interested in receiving further information regarding this fundraiser.
